Afficionados of the pre-war Series A product will relish these studies of Colin Jenner, both taken at the Curborough Twisty Sprint in 1975. <b>(Above)</b> On his 1935 HRD in TT Replica form. The 499 single then had a vertical engine which did not use the cylinder as a frame member, the postwar Comet and Meteor dispensing with a down tube, or indeed any frame at all in the true sense. <b>(Below)</b> Aboard his 1937 Rapide which has the normal exposed hairpin valve springs and Burman gearbox. The design was very full house in the Vincent rear-sprung frame. Front forks are Brampton with duo brakes.
