Here he tackles the club circuit's hairpin where the Rapide's low bottom gear helps. <b>(Below)</b> Londoner Peter Biles accelerates out the hairpin on his 1952 Comet 499cc single. Much modified and using Vincent magnesium brake plates with air scoops.
