Two studies of Paul Ennis on two different Vincents. (Above) Deep concentration as in goes the clutch at Curborough. His 1936 Series A, unkindly known as a plumber's nightmare for its numerous external oil pipes, is a vertical high-camshaft single, the rearsprung frame having a front down tube and a Burman gearbox. (Below) His 1949 Comet also correctly has a (later) Burman gearbox and Brampton forks.
