Alloy shield at bottom front of the V-twin engine covers the Lucas magneto. The twin propstands pivoted below the magneto are standard. <b>(Below)</b> Ex-factory development engineer Ted Davis has magnificently restored this 1950 499 Grey Flash, one of only 28 made.
