Roy Robertson clutches in his 1954 Norton-framed Vincent at the Cadwell hairpin, the big tank revealing essential fork-clearance recesses. Unlike some Featherbed conversions, this one retains the Stevenage gearbox, usage of which throws the power unit a mite too far forward for best weight distribution. Lever under bar is for the ohv's double valve lifter system.
